Montego Bay, St. James Jamaica
Most of Jamaica's overnight visitors arrive on the Island at Montego Bay. "Mobay" as it is called, is the second largest city in Jamaica and probably the original tourist destination in Jamaica. Located in the Parish of Saint James at the mouth of the Montego River , Montego Bay has long been an important shipping port.
Montego Bay is great place to experience the hustle and bustle of a noisy and lively Caribbean City. The colorful open markets and crowded streets are somewhat intimidating for some, but the ultimate adventure to others.

The most famous is Tryall Golf, Tennis and Beach Resort. Tryall used to be the home of the Johnny Walker World Championship and is consistently voted one of the finest courses in the Caribbean.
Mobay is also the home of Jamaica's first underwater marine park and as a result has a lot to offer the diver or snorkeler. There are a variety of water sports operators that will be more than happy to take you to some great wrecks and reef formations.
